The Al Ain Zoo is a Member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquaria (WAZA)
Visitors of all ages discover the zoo's wildlife and enjoy a great day out exploring the Zoo with its more than 4,000 animals. White lions, Zebras, Rhinos, Giraffes, a Reptile and Bird House and much more are waiting to be explored.
Since its founding in 1968, Al Ain Zoo has been a centre for endangered species conservation, like the successful breeding of desert gazelles, Arabian oryx and antelopes.
A great highlight of the zoo is the largest man-made Safari in the world, the Al Ain Safari. What a spectacular adventure that extends over 217 hectares. With more than 400 animals roaming freely around you, you will experience a unique and one of a kind experience!
