OVERVIEW:
This hotel looks like a green oasis just at the edge of the city. It is one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi and features a private beach (direct access), large chilled pool, fitness area and 2 tennis courts. The hotel is spread out on a large area and even though the rooms are a bit on the small side, guests enjoy the resort due to its perfect location and amenities.The breakfast buffet is sensational.
LOCATION:
If you look at the hotel from Google Maps you will find a that a road is between the sea and the hotel´s beach. Dont let this disturb you. When you are lying on the beach, you will find it very tranquil and there is fresh water coming in from the open sea through a channel system. You can explore the city easily by foot or taxi. You can use a passenger underpass just 50m beside the hotel to reach the famous corniche promenade where you can rent a e-scooter or e-bike or take long walks to enjoy the spectacular sunset.
Also the city center and many sights are in close vicinity and can be vsited by taxi. There is a lot of sightseeing close by.

BEACH & POOL:
The beach and sea area is surrounded by a busy road but inside the resort, you will not hear much of it. It is a very tranquil, peaceful place. You can rent SUPs and kayaks but please note that that you will only be able to paddle within the hote´s buoys. There is a large chilled pool and a childrens pool area.

ROOM TYPES:
The hotel features Double and Twin Rooms, Executive Rooms and Suites. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the standard rooms come wtih city or sea view. The rooms have only small windows. If you would like it brighter, you can opt for the king suite.

OUR RECOMMENDATION:
This hotel is great for families that like a small stretch of beach and have their main focus on using a pool, sightseeing and eating. You will not be able to do extensive swimming or other recreational activities as the beach is surrounded by buoys. If you prefer a beach with open sea, we recommend to book one of the hotels on Saadiyat Island.
